Our program is based in Monticello, MN. All practices take place in the Monticello Area.
IS THERE A TRYOUT FEE?
Yes, there is a tryout fee that will be posted each year. This covers the cost associated with holding the tryout. Tryout fees are NON-refundable.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN SEASON FEE?
Season fee includes uniform, team insurance, gym rental, tournament fee, and coaches salary.
ARE TRAVEL EXPENSES COVERED?
Families are responsible for their own travel expenses including transportation, food, and lodging.
IS THERE AN ENTRY FEE FOR FANS AT TOURNAMENTS?
Each tournament sets their own fan entry fee for tournaments. Some charge per person at the door, while others charge a team gate fee. This fee is not included in the season fee and the fee varies by host. If a tournament requires a team gate fee that charge will be passed along to parents. We will do our best to make sure the cost is fair for everyone (for example some families may only want one ticket while others want more).
CAN MY SON PARTICIPATE IN OTHER SPORTS WHILE PLAYING FOR THE WOLVES?
Yes, many Wolves players play multiple sports. Our coaches are flexible and will work with our athletes that are playing another sport.
CAN MY SON PLAY ON THE SAME TEAM AS FRIEND?
If your son would like to be on the same team as another player please let us know before the tryout process and we will do our best to place them on the same team.
Refunds
Each season there is a cut off date in order to receive a refund of the season fee. After this date there is NO REFUND if a player chooses not to play or has an injury during the season. Parents have the option to purchase protection insurance when registering their child. This insurance is optional but is an added protection should a player become injured and not able to play during the season.
